It is vitally important that you feel a rapport with your therapist. This is even more important when the therapy is deep and you are working directly with the mind. If your mind feels any fear, or does not trust whatever suggestion is being proposed, it will shut down and an impasse will be created. For this reason, here is a brief bio of who I am and why I do what I do to help you decide whether you feel you’d like to work with me.
As a child and throughout my adult life, I have always been strongly intuitive about people and what they were feeling. Having been raised by World War II Polish refugees, I understand the levels of trauma that some people experience and how this can have an impact on their daily lives (although each of us reacts differently according to how resilient we are). Like many people, I too have had a lifetime of challenges, from serious illness to divorce and bereavement of people close to me, including one through suicide. Having worked through these issues, often using the practices that I now offer, I feel I have the compassion and skills needed to help others who are experiencing the same.
I have attended courses in counselling and am a trained hypnotherapist. I use these skills and tailor the session specifically for you, knowing how effective they can be. As a member of an ongoing self-development circle, which links with other benevolent spirit beings, I have experience of spiritual healing and this is now an important part of my work.
